Is any LPE shareholder able to tell the rest of us whether anything is happening at 5 Alexandra Street, Bundaberg East? Here is an artists impression (from the LPE presentation early in 2022). Has any of this been built? Are any of these tenants paying rent to the owner? Seems unlikely. Maybe my Google Maps photos showing absolutely nothing has happened at the site, are well out of date.
