Well I am glad my post has drawn something from the inside even if it is not absolutely current. I did know that he sold down that 20% as I have been a holder for some time and sold some down at a loss around the same time. With his son out of the company your disclosure would indicate that there is not a lot of comfort to be derived from his current holding as he might become a consistent seller. Although he has not been a seller of late otherwise he would have had to disclose. He has been substantially outranked by Kanji and he will now have to gauge the potential on much the same grounds as we have to unless he manages to firm up a strong relationship with the new director. Even then Kanji is a lawyer and I would suspect he would keep things close to his chest. Thanks for the insight.
