i think the data room is in relation to gas deals. which seem to be going nowhere since management cant even sign 1 deal.
i really want to exit this at $0.6 cents plus so i want management to do well but seems like they are happy to sit there and collect salaries with not much happening. they will eventually get richer from their stocks but hey why not collect some more salary along the way and more "performance" incentives
