    Great to see the smart money adding to their holdings at these prices.
    I'm also confident the primary seller has been the original vendor of this land.
    Must be due to some duress one would imagine. Crazy selling.
    Perhaps he deceased, holding went to sibbling, who I understand is fond of the slopes in Aspen.
