..... or a planned USA consortium / family takeover ? He could also just be ensuring he retains a 10% blocking stake if a CHF partnership unfolds whereby the new partner takes a 10, 15 or 19.99% stake in Mesoblast as part of the deal as I eluded to in Post #:73203617 ?


Remembering that the last CHF partnership deal saw Cephalon take a 19.99% stake in Mesoblast and that was over a decade ago and the CHF indication has certainly advanced somewhat since then having completed multiple trials since and as we stare down the barrel of an FDA AA for Rexlemestrocel-L ......
