how do you know that this "insulation" is NOT the takeover?
genuine question - i'm not trying to stir you up.
GG is based in the US, has runs on the board for running a significant commercial operation, clearly sees synergies and he is actually spending his money to grow his holding as opposed to (until recently) simply sitting on the holding that was apportioned at listing.
that sounds like a very motivated person to me? no?
