Yes. I understand from his SEC filings that Dr George is indeed a 'Citizen of the Bahamas'. It's funny - you go there & you just can't see where all the citizens manage to live in such seclusion & privacy that you just can't find any of them.
Not sure about the US tax implications, but I feel reasonably certain that Dr George is sure.
And, due to similar considerations, I feel sure that it will be very important to Dr George in future not to become actively involved in the management of a corporation domiciled in.. oh...say...Australia. Which, to me, then indicates a likelihood of a collaborative working relationship in future with those Directors of MSB who are tax-resident in Australia.
