Interesting company status.
Had something about $2 million in the bank as at end 2023. Just raised $1.5 mill from sophisticated (lol) investors so now have around $3 million in the bank. The SPP should raise around a mill but likely won’t sell all on offer. Why would most shareholders pay up when the company and its major shareholders not give a damn about sustaining a 20 cent sp. Small volumes pushed the sp to 8 cents and no buying intervention at2) all! Joke!!

Notwithstanding, the existing funds plus the fundraiser, will sustain:
1) the April drill program mentioned several times by the company,
2) the mineral resources upgrade promised by the company for early 2024,
3) a ongoing metallurgical results update said to be provided progressively,
Are these reports being delayed pending completion of the fundraiser? Is that legal?
So assume no news to be reported until SPP is closed?
The company has advised that a partnership arrangement and nonbinding offtake agreement would be chased before a viability study is commenced in the second half of 2024.
Games being played here in my view all around the fundraiser.
Why?
Maybe BH thinks this is all good strategy but the whole sp performance over the last 12 months appears contrived.

Actually, he is deluded. I’m sure a number of existing shareholders, not the sophisticated ones who appear to be selling to take a 10% return, will not take up their SPP offer because of the mysterious trading and poor performance over the past 12 months. BH will read this and needs to look in the mirror and become transparent on the listed issues about.

Disappointing management of this company.
