But it also creates a disclosure and selective briefing problem for them if that is the case. There are a few permutations that could occur.

and the buyer will be doing due diligence and they will find the cupboard bare. The costs of keeping the lights on is going to burn through that 1.8 million very quickly. They also have debt which will turn the buyer off. It is desperate times
