agreed a takeover is the worst possible outcome except for dissolution. Realtek doesn't care if the venture fails or not, they have access to the technology. Remember Miller kept saying how much money Nuheara had put into developing the chip and that Realtek had put in signifanctly mroe. You keep focusing on Miller, there is a whole board who sits above him who allowed this to happen.
