I too added a small parcel to my holding. I feel there is little upside priced into the stock right now.
With Regal and Perennial reducing their holdings, and assuming this continues, I expect the SP may remain suppressed in the near-term, however, this may present further buying opportunities as we grow the loan book and improve profitability.
As always, only time will tell how this plays out.
