It looks like Regal sold the 45M and also bought 37M on 12th April. From the trades disclosed on the Change of Substantial Interest Notice it certainly looks like they're manipulating the market. ASIC will do nothing. I phoned them once a few years ago when I noticed blatant manipulation being carried out within a particular stock and asked the agent to have a look at the trading in real time. He claimed he didn't have the ability to do that and that I would have to submit a written report which they would get around to considering in about 6 weeks. I expressed incredulity that the market regulator was unable to view ASX trading in real time and he became annoyed and ended the call. They just don't want to know.
