sure is - like when a company is set back a couple of years because the regime seemingly didn't follow the instructions on the test, and then re-sat the test and tried to argue the test had the wrong questions.....
or when you read on a forum where someone suggested that perhaps the reason the Chair stood down was because the CE gave him a wink and a nudge.....
common sense would suggest that both of those are concerning governance worth talking about IN SPITE of any belief a holder might have in a company's tech.
