After much though i believe GG must be buying up hard as a protector with SI. Reason being in the event of a hostile T/O, MSB would be in big shit without SI. Si would make it hard for GG potentially and if the company went private SI would ultimately loose $. If the take over was not hostile well all us small holders would vote no unless the deal was over $10! Right……. Unless the deal was $10!!!!!! Post approval $15!!!!!
