he doesn't want to sit on the Board directly. Never has.
And that's because his tax advice would have been crystal clear on that, as I've written elsewhere. Ask yourself why he chooses to live in the Bahamas.
And I'm sure that's a very large part of why Mr Facchina has been there since Dr George first became a significant shareholder.
I'm certain that Philip Facchina will be on the Board of MSB as long as Dr George has a holding.
Posters need to look deeper & see that Dr George' fingers have been all over the Board's prioritisation of objectives for at least the last 12 months.
