No insto’s have posted a substantial holder notice buying up when price the price was down at 30cents. They could have bought on market. No big buying there by insto’s as too risk adverse.
Weanwhile in the Batcave….us retail buyers are buying the low as well as the MSB linked players. We started working it out.
Insto’s will work it out on aGVHD and heart accelerated approval lol….
