Share price bleeds lower (pattern recognition / history as a guide). If market knows its going to bleed lower for a prolonged time then they wont be interested in buying. Thorn Group (TGA) had a similar history with a value fund manager holding a while thinking its undervalued then selling out in disgust years later with a terrible rate of return.....
