    If they get a chance to exercise their 500,000,000 options, we will have:

    1) A mining license
    2) The rail solution finalised and contracted
    3) The Port solution finalised and contracted.

    If/when these 3 milestones have been completed, we're trading 20-25c plus easily, so won't even be an issue IMHO
