@KitB. When I did and online research of Topline some time ago, it looks as if they are an investment manager. My guess is they making a big bet on DSE and its control. As you know, they can increase 3% under the ‘creep’ provisions. Good technology businesses seem to be in demand. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to for the value to emerge. Sometimes it can be a ‘bolt on’ to another business.
