Did you even open the announcement and look at the trades Gans_Gans?
They've sold around 2mill in the past 2 months. NO buys at all.
The only reason their holdings increased in the announcement was due to purchasing in the placement last year. Since then, every transaction they have performed has been a SELL.
In the past year, 1 on-market buy and approximately 50 on-market sells.
