I didn't ask whether the t/o was unconditional as I wasn't across it and not aware they had 56% already. It is excruciating talking to these callers as they try to follow a script and that script never tells you what is important. Also when asking questions that are important they offer to get someone from the company to call. I don't engage for long as a waste of time. I responded to them that I was unlikely to accept as I thought the offer seriously undervalued MLM's assets, which are better than the CF asset of DRX. I then reviewed quickly the recent announcements but did see a condition had been fulfilled but no reference of it being unconditional. I was asking whether it is unconditional.
