Thanks for that information. Much appreciated. A lot of water under the bridge it seems. So the 56% acceptances is academic unless the TO Panel allows the TO to proceed. Makes you wonder why the two major shareholders in both coys are backing the DRX horse. Seems to me that DRX just ignored the standstill and proceeded with the TO regardless, possibly at the behest of the two major shareholders who obviously want to consolidate both of their investments for economies of scale.
