Major shareholders for MLM are also major shareholders for DRX, and they know as well as anyone that the DRX project is unlikely to get up as it currently is - stranded asset.
They're fine wth the takeover because it means their investment in DRX isn't a duster, it's all a win win for them. It's the small shareholders that are getting screwed, as per usual.
