i don't think it wil be cap raise. My gut says that they will get MRE through and mets to be able to take something more substantive to the market for the next cap raise as it will be more than previously raised, most likely. There is obviously no rush with so much in the bank.
I think Regal are just doing the prudent thing and locking in some profits for the fund numbers to look more attractive when reporting at year end. The fact they are able to offload such large amounts off market is excellent for keeping things orderly... and shows the off screen demand is very strong.
