I'm curious as to who is buying. I think about 40m units by way of individually significant parcels have been crossed at full price, the most recent 23m off-market (i think) at 28.5c. If indeed it's a single buyer then presumably they will join the chorus of substantial shareholders ... why bother now?
Or is it as simple as Sustainable Capital just looking to get below the takeover provisions associated with a > 20% holding?
ASIC still thinks 6m units short sold as late as 20/05/2024.
