I am not reading too much in this announcement. I believe they are going through their books in preparation of the sale and correcting the irregularities they have discovered.
This is only showing preparation is going on and something is imminent. Surprisingly top 20 shareholders hold 78% of the shares who are probably sitting tight and waiting while 4-5% of 22% retail shareholders are probably active in current market and worried. This explains why there is no big volume trading days. I am probably in top 30-40 with my holdings and waiting for a good outcome.
