I notice now that the ASX price has crept up a little.
I would guess that any institution or trustee not selling on the ASX above the offer price and accepting the offer at a lower price, may be in breach of their trustee obligations in not maximising the benefit for their members..
If this is the case and the ASX price remains above 84c, then it is doubtful that sufficient small holders will sell before COB Friday to allow 90% and CA.
