May have misread (or the arrangement changed) - Current scheme is "If the Scheme is implemented, Altium Shareholders will receive A$68.50 per share in cash for each Altium Share held (Scheme Consideration) reduced by the value of any future Approved Dividend declared or paid."
So weigh up the potential for franking credits, vs disc capital gain. I'm too tired rn.
