Hi they must have allocated a broker how else can you do a buy back ? Looks like they were buying up to the high 30's so if it drops to those levels guess they will start buying again . How it works is the company gives an instruction to the broker to buy up to a price level and then the broker looks at that the volume and price from preceding days (as these set limits and are part of the ASX rules for buy backs) and then the broker just makes the trades with these factors in mind .
