Old Peak are very close to Metalx’s largest shareholder APAC Resources. They bought, sold and bought again APAC over the last 2 years. Always at the wrong time and price. All very suspicious. Remember the ultimate shareholder is Allied Group- not known for their pristine corporate governance.
