1. Funding security. No need to keep approaching existing shareholders to stump up more cash to keep the company going
2. Demonstrates that after a full review of drilling results etc. another company has faith that the prospects are real and likely to grow
3. Stops the share price from falling further
4. Re-rate of stock price.
If it doesn't happen soon, the share price is likely to fall again and us poor shareholders that have capped out our investment in AKO will be diluted further when the next capital raise occurs.
