Yeah it is interesting, they might just want to be buying a shell company cheap, get controlling interest and back door their way into ASX.
Interesting to see though, Adman Lanes Pty Ltd also hold AV1, Al8. Key Principal: DANNY SOHAR SEGMAN. Would be intersesting to see why they are buying up. The market cap is so low here, its almost worth a punt, Im just well aware they need cash, so raise is coming up.
