The real change is the extra 53,571,429 that they've taken on on the 19th. Would seem highly probable that's one of the two broker underwriters offloading their unwanted balance. Would be done at a discount (Regal need incentive to take on the risk) and improves their B/E. Hard to say what their intent will be, they are a mixed bag, but the advantage of them being a substantial holder is that we'll see what they do via compulsory reporting.
