I don't know but if I had the capacity to loan shares to shorters I would as it's great inside information to know that the SP is going down. I would then buy and hold and lend more to shorters repeating the process because when the Market turns and the shorters need to buy back they can't as I'm holding them all and not selling at low prices. BOOM -I make a fortune.
