Regal's in it purely for their profit, no doubt about it. They don't care about retail or helping sufferers—period, grist for the mill.
Let's face it: the $600 million from retail capital through IPO and subsequent CRs has been redistributed by Regal to instos and insiders, the may selloff maneuver pointing to insider downtrading from 62 to 48.5 on the knowledge of a unexpectedly massive CR.
My 44-cent average? It's not seeing green for months at best, and as commentary above he winning prize money has been halved.
So, what's our best move today for us retail investors? As of July 2024, it's either hold or double down.
I’ll double down, effectively paying an extra 34.5 cents (buying at today's close) on top of my existing 44-cent average, making in effect I have paid 78.5 cents per "pre-diluted" share.
Personally, I think 34.5 cents per full share is better than entitlement @40cents with the free 1:3 $1 option, 12.5% more shares.
