Two ministers and Attorney-General Dreyfus have skin in the game. All parties know the matter has been reported to the NACC.

What is missing is the Solicitor-General opinion. Why is that? Who and why is that being resisted?

How did NAIF explain that, the lack of an opinion from the Solicitor-General to Ministers King and Gallagher. Perhaps they didn"t; or at least not in timely manner. Somewhat like Justice Black not being informed when he was considering the TRANSACTION BOOKLET.
