I just responded to another letter/email from Mr John Williamson-Noble of Gilbert+Tobin, Genex Power Ltd's legal advisors.

Perhaps JPGA Power Pty Ltd may find itself restricted to 19.99% of Genex's shares.

Who knows, that might be a good thing for long-term investors. Having two major investors with the financial resources to push Genex Power Ltd along?

You never know Mr Greg Yanco, ASIC's CEO, might yet pull his proverbial finger out?
