I admire your tenacity and huge effort to stop this takeover
however I feel your chance of success are Buckleys or none.If the same effort was put in to inform shareholders of the blatant daylight robbery that is going on here with the lousy 27.5c offer ,when a simple calculation based on future earnings (next year) × 7 would put the real value at aprox 60c a share.
so in IMO THE ONLY WAY IS a large NO VOTE .
