That's one risk.
Today, there were even more shares exchanged after my post above : 3.6 % of the capital was exchanged.
So far, he was the only director selling.
The other ones were buying according to the last annual report.
Good also to see that the stock is well above its IPO price (1.96 $ in Dec 21).
So this is a different case than Shaver Shop which remains stuck at its IPO price as directors keep selling when the share price returns to the IPO price.
