I completely appreciate what you are saying but the non binding offers were effective made "sight unseen".
Similar to buying a $50,000 car, you may speak with the seller who gives you a "trust me bro" provide that everything is in order and choose to agree in principle on a price over the phone.
That "trust me bro" promise is only so good for you to agree on a price, but that's not going to be good enough for many buyers or the bank you get finance from, so the sale will be subject to conditions like a title check, write off report, vehicle inspection and any number of other inspections the buyer may want.
I know you know this, and I appreciate your frustrations with relation to timeline and share price, but when the deal is 1000 times more valuable than a $50,000 car, you can't honestly expect the seller to be able to bully the buyer into a deal, or to move faster or anything else that may get the outcome you want.
Right now the company can only report on 8mt of DSO and the results of a high level scoping study.
And whilst that may be good enough for me to put my life savings into this company and other investors put hundreds of thousands of millions of dollars into this company, it's not going to be good enough for any serious investor of off take partner to make a impulsive decision.
I'm certain of Paul and the board could have closed a respectable deal in a month like you suggest, then I'm sure they would have.
As per my previous post, right now, there's very little we can do to influence things.
We know the work being done, we have indicative timelines for announcements, we need the mining code to be formatted and we need to let interested parties do their research so they feel comfortable writing the biggest check possible.
Further to that, the share price is currently on the doldrums from small volumes, it won't take large volumes for the rerate in price over all of the pending news flow gets announced. I think that right now we want to wait out this slump and do a deal off the back of the mining code and PFS - and perhaps even the Satrokala assay results - before we sign a deal.
It absolutely sucks, I'm down a very large amount of money, as are lots of others, but I have faith in my research, judgement, the board and the resource based on all of the announcements that have been released to market.
