Each share currently represents 66 cents of shareholder equity, yet the stock is trading at a significant discount to this intrinsic value, approximately 38 cents.

You have confused the market capitalisation of the company with shareholder equity, of which the company has none. Shareholder equity is the difference between the assets of the company and its liabilities. At 31 December the company's liabilities of $213 million exceeded assets of $166 million - if it was shut down, there would be a deficiency of $46.9 million. The company is not trading at a discount, it is seriously underwater.

No doubt the latest CR will have improved shareholder equity until the cash is spent, but while you delight in putting the trolls you bait on ignore, you are posting blatantly false information you should be called out. It is a shame that you don't seek to get a better knowledge of what you are invested in because IMO you are an accident waiting to happen.
