Yep, they gate crashed the party. They came late and used the opportunity provided by Covid together with poor or naive management or bad advice which allowed them to use their financial muscle to screw retail holders. It's happened before, but a 33% holding is truly undeserved. Obviously they expect the trials will be successful. FUBAR...
