Based on that ND/EBITDA chart they would be able to juice up capital returns by 2027 based on status-quo anyway. There's no anticipated debt issues on those numbers, assuming they are even close to being accurate. Likely even less if rates are reduced.
Saverglass may not have been a great acquisition... but the market has effectively written it down to below zero, based on earnings being 14% below expectations.
