That capital return bit was part of the proposal that Barrenjoey sent out to prospective activist investors earlier this year, but, yes, it also included taking a cleaner through the Board.
Agree though - something must give. If there were several underbidders for Saverglass at ~5%-10% below the eventual price, then there should be interest in ORA at roughly 50% lower than what it was trading at pre-bid (particularly when the overall market is up 20%).
