I've disagreed with some changes in substational holdings announcements being non price sensitive.
Their hand has now been shown, they have been buying up at these levels and added $14mil in the most recent cap raise.
If I can recall correctly, as soon as their hand was known last time, the breaks were off, bots were to aggressive buying and accumulation.
