Are you guys for real?
It was block trade S3XT (special crossing) @$23, a single trade not over the several days/weeks/month. It happens when the same broker executes the trade between the entities or with same entity but with different holding accounts.
Date of that trade coincides with CR @23, it could simply mean he participated from the different holding account and moved to main holding account.
