Blocking stake is worth nothing now.

Management have rolled over and accepted the offer without offering any argument for a higher price.
They are, of course, aware of more recent financials which they have refused to release before making a recommendation; Shareholders are left to assume there is nothing in the recent financials which could support a higher price.

Harvest Lane have been left out on a limb by themselves trying to support a higher bid price.
That has failed as the bid has now been declared best and final.
Harvest Lane now needs to decide whether to take a loss and accept the 28c bid, or hold for the longer term.
Their public description shows they are not a long term investor, so its easy to see what they will do.
