Harvest Lane (crop people) already has more than 10%, so the meat people can't do a compulsory without crop.
Meat and crop people should just have a chat. If the meat people can pick up as many shares at 28c, let the offer lapse and then offer say 30c to crop people, then everyone wins?
With crop people's current $18m, if they ask for a larger cut - say - 3c then that's only $0.5m. Is that amount worth the hassle for the meat people ? Of course, everyone else needs to hand over their shares at 28c first...
