Did they really have a choice, it would not have been a good look if they didn't participate. It was the most dissasterous public underwritten capital raise I have ever seen. Less than 10% of the public offer were subscibed and the underwriter had to pick ip 90.5% I wonder if we will find an underwriter for the next one?
When I saw "Cleansing Statement" , I was hoping it was a cleansing of the Board.
