Just to confirm this offer is subject to a condition where leonoil is required to obtain atleast 50.1% interest. So in simple terms, does that mean IF they don't then even if you accept into the offer you will not receive your proceeds and you acceptance will be revoked? The latest notice shows them at 23.99% so if that's the case still a long way to go, could drag on for a while.. Asking on behalf of someone. Any confirmation will be appreciated
